In E-MC only european countries plus EBU/UER active members can take part. Below you can see a table with the edition in which each of the 57 participaing countries so far made their debut (we are still waiting for Algeria, Kosovo and Lybia to be chosen as an active country and to participate in a regular E-MC edition).
